Lead designer and developer on Toolmac’s e-commerce expansion into B2C — owned the full lifecycle, from competitor research and wireframes through client iteration to launch. Brought page performance within benchmark and built a conditional slider that renders brand-specific content dynamically.

Bargain Wholesalers

The trade side of the same group — bulk buying for retailers and resellers, where the umbrella site talks to the market at large and Xpress talks to walk-in shoppers. Designed, built and maintained end to end. Running all three side by side is the interesting part: they have to read as one family without any of them sounding like it is addressing someone else’s buyer.

Bargain Group

A unified umbrella site for an FMCG distributor operating across KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape, consolidating their wholesale and retail presence on one platform. Translated senior-designer mockups into a pixel-accurate build and pushed mobile responsiveness past Divi’s native limits with custom CSS.

Bargain Xpress

The Bargain Group’s retail brand — the convenience format, selling to shoppers rather than to trade. Owned this one outright, from design through build to the maintenance it still gets, which is a different job from translating someone else’s mockups: every call on the layout and the visual language was mine to make and mine to live with.

Day & Night

An architectural render lit by the real sun. Pick a city and the scene glides to wherever the sun genuinely is there right now — SunCalc for the solar position, one paused GSAP timeline as the only source of truth for the light. The toggle scrubs the same timeline between full day and full night.

Burning Wish

A life tracker for Magic: The Gathering Commander, built for the table rather than the browser. Installs to the home screen and runs standalone in portrait, and a Workbox service worker keeps it working with no signal at all — which is the point, since the games happen wherever the players are. Seats two to seven.
